From the first call with customer service, the young lady who handles phone calls was very courteous and considerate of my time and availability. They were expedient in their scheduling, and I liked how I received real-time updates on my appointment as well as notifications when my technician was on the way. Carlton was very polite and quite jovial during our conversation while he worked on my dishwasher. My son was very curious, as most toddlers are, and it really showed that this company stands by their family-first mentality when Carlton patiently responded to all the pseudo-English questions that little kids ask. He clearly explained the issue with my appliance, and the repair was completed promptly—it only took a couple of hours for them to come back out and finish the job. Carlton mentioned that he happened to have the part on hand and was able to do what he called a “same-day repair.” I’m guessing that’s not the standard procedure, since parts usually need to be ordered, but I definitely lucked out all around with great customer service, excellent in-home service, and same-day resolution. 10/10 — I would absolutely call them again.
