INCREDIBLE service. Could not recommend enough. Justin was our original service technician & he was awesome and helpful, however something about his wording gave our insurance company (APHW) the go ahead to deny coverage. He got the owner to come out same day and called the insurance company to get it covered. They were helpful, thorough, informative, and so friendly. They even did a in-depth report with pictures and a step by step explanation of how our oven failed in case we needed it for fighting the insurance company. We will be using them exclusively for any and all appliance needs moving forward!

August 26, 2024Carlton was amazing! He was so nice and extremely professional. The drum seal that I needed put on was done quickly and a lot of attention to detail. I was kept up to date and provided with an explanation of what he was doing as well as tips to prevent needing a new drum seal again. He showed me why my washer was off balance and damage that was likely caused by our last move which was completely unrelated to why I called. He also showed me where to find the parts and gave a quote to install it once they come if I decided I needed help. 100% would call them again.

Aaron Wolfe did an outstanding job fixing our leaking washer machine. He broke the entire washer down to identify the cause of the leak and repaired the problem. He then ran several tests to make sure the washer did not leak and made sure the washer did not have any error codes after the repair. Superb service within 24 hours of my trouble call. Thanks very much!

He explained everything that he was doing along the way. He even came to look at our HVAC system when we asked when he wasn’t scheduled to do so. We need a job done with our air filter on our HVAC system & we will definitely be using them again & from here on out. 10/10 recommend.

From the first call with customer service, the young lady who handles phone calls was very courteous and considerate of my time and availability. They were expedient in their scheduling, and I liked how I received real-time updates on my appointment as well as notifications when my technician was on the way. Carlton was very polite and quite jovial during our conversation while he worked on my dishwasher. My son was very curious, as most toddlers are, and it really showed that this company stands by their family-first mentality when Carlton patiently responded to all the pseudo-English questions that little kids ask. He clearly explained the issue with my appliance, and the repair was completed promptly—it only took a couple of hours for them to come back out and finish the job. Carlton mentioned that he happened to have the part on hand and was able to do what he called a “same-day repair.” I’m guessing that’s not the standard procedure, since parts usually need to be ordered, but I definitely lucked out all around with great customer service, excellent in-home service, and same-day resolution. 10/10 — I would absolutely call them again.
